If you are an IT administrator, you can refer the Technical Resource Center for managing installations for Organization.

If you continue to have issues, you can ask the Lumi AI Assistant by doing the following:

  1. Log into the Lumivero Community.

  2. Click Contact Support at the bottom of the page.

  3. Select NVivo from the dropdown list.

  4. Click Start Conversation and enter your query.

    If the assistant can't help, a support case will be created for you.
