AI Assistant: Suggest Child Codes

Using the AI Assistant: Suggest Child Codes option, you can select a code and generate child codes based on the coded content.

1. In Navigation View, click Coding and then click Codes.

2. In List View, select the preferred parent code, on the Home tab, select AI Assistant -> AI Assistant: Suggest Child Codes.

   

3. If the Artificial Intelligence Terms of Use dialog is displayed, follow the steps below:

   1. Click the AI Terms of Use link in the dialog.

      Lumivero Artificial Intelligence Terms of Use page is displayed for you to read.

   2. Return to NVivo, check the confirmation check box.

   3. Click OK.

4. In the AI Child Codes dialog, select the preferred Child Code Language and click Generate.

   

   The generated child codes are displayed in the AI Suggested Child Codes section.

5. Select a child code suggestion to view the corresponding code references.

   

6. By default, all the child code suggestions are selected, to deselect a child code, uncheck the checkbox on the left.

   

7. Click OK.

   The selected child codes suggestions are added to the parent code.
