NVivo Transcription account status

If you're a member of a team using NVivo Transcription, and someone else is your account administrator, you may need to rely on them to transfer credits to your account. You can still purchase credits at any time.

View balance

  • Login to NVivo Transcription.

Your transcription minute balance is displaced at the top of the screen.

You can also see this information on the My Account page.

Top up credits

You can purchase credits yourself online at any time.

Alternatively, you can provide your account number to your NVivo Transcription administrator who can transfer credits to your account. Refer to your institution's internal processes for how to do this.

Your account number is displayed in the menu at the top-right of the screen.

  1. Login to NVivo Transcription.
  2. Go to the My Account page.
  3. Click Purchase History.
