Customer experience improvement program

By participating in the NVivo Customer Experience Improvement Program, you can help QSR International to improve the features, quality and performance of NVivo.

If you participate in the program, NVivo will collect information about your usage of the software and send this to QSR electronically. This information includes details such as how often you use particular features within NVivo, how quickly the software responds and what kind of computer equipment you are using.

No personal details or project data are sent, and the information sent is not personally identifiable as being yours. This information is not used for marketing purposes or communicated to any other company. For information on the privacy of your data, refer to the Privacy Policy on the QSR website.

Participate in the Customer Experience Improvement Program

  1. Click the File tab, and then click Options. The Application Options dialog box opens.
  2. Select the Participate in the Customer Experience Improvement Program check box.
  3. Click OK.
